Motorcyclist, Passenger Killed In I-44 Wreck Identified

One of the people who died as the result of a crash on Tuesday on Interstate 44 in Oklahoma City has been identified.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the crash happened shortly before 3 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of I-44 near North Western Avenue.

OHP said a motorcycle driven by 24-year-old Maximillian Pfeifer was traveling on the roadway when the motorcycle he was on departed roadway to the left, striking a concrete barrier wall and going under the cable barrier.

Pfeifer was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, and his passenger, 25-year-old Brice Kukuzke, was transported to a local hospital, where he later died.
